heating switching OFF auto

hi.
i have gsxr750cc model 2007
.after riding bike for half hour the bike switching OFF and then couldnot start it untill it become cool kindly advice what is problem ..
fan is direct working .. what should i check themostat..waterpump ? i am affried that not problem on engine
