Bike bogging

So, just came from a ride and noticed on the highway, bike was a bit jerky from 5000 rpm and up

Somewhat of an exaggeration, it feels like when you were a kid riding a bicycle and only using one of the pedals to provide locomotion:
Bit of power,...forward momentum, power, forward momentum, etc

Bike wasn't really losing/winning a lot of revs when acting up, but noticeable
No error codes, ran fine at idle and lower, not in the running gear, went away pulling in the clutch
had a few miles...
